The Project

Working for our valued client at a large private development in Essex, Toppesfield were contracted to deliver various schemes of surfacing works, including the installation of Multi Use Games Areas (MUGA), the development’s infrastructure, car parks, cycleways and footpaths. The site which spans 10 Acres is thoughtfully designed to provide a live/work campus consisting of attractive and sustainable buildings, complementing the rural surroundings.

Our Work

It was important to the client that the sites infrastructure supplement the vibrant buildings. Tarmac Ulticolour in Light Buff Quartzite was delivered as a surface course to the main access road. The visually appealing surface blends in with the surrounding landscape and green spaces. Setting the tone for the stunning development, the Light Buff Quartzite spans the 350-meter access road, with the highly durable and vibrant material, offering visitors a clear route to follow as it weaves through the development.

Toppesfield are one of the accredited contractors able to supply the highly desirable material. Our skilled teams of operatives undertake Tarmac’s Ulticolour training to guarantee excellent delivery of the product.
