The Project
Eddie Stobart, a leading logistics company with a fleet of over 2,200 lorries working across the UK and Europe, required maintenance and additional lorry bays at its Dagenham depot following expansion. Frequent heavy and slow-moving traffic at the busy distribution centre required a durable surfacing solution.
Our Work
We laid over 1,100 tonnes of ‘10mm SurePave HD Binder pmb’, a material specifically designed for heavy channelised, slow moving traffic in industrial areas such as lorry parks and bus lanes.
Due to its increased and harder grade of binder content, 10mm SurePave reduces the risk of cracking, has an increased stiffness, and improved flexibility and durability.
