Recent works on this project have comprised of the laying of CBGM materials to the A14 to M6 Westbound link and CBGM and asphalt to the M1 Northbound to M6 Westbound link.
Both locations involved working either side of the new structures of S9 and S10 and the new M1 Northbound to M6 Westbound link was opened to traffic at the end of July.
Works are currently ongoing with asphalt being laid on top of the CBGM to the A14 to M6 Westbound link.
The final phase of the CBGM works are due to start shortly on the M1 Southbound to A14 Eastbound link either side of structure S8, once complete this will be followed by the asphalt works.
We are now entering the final phases of this contract with further visits to complete central reserve works and various stages of the local link roads.
