The UK’s largest independent surfacing company Toppesfield Ltd has sold a minority stake to FM Conway, a leading infrastructure services company based in Sevenoaks Kent, which will add support to the ongoing growth of the business.
The leadership teams of both companies see this as an extremely strategic, exciting and dynamic allegiance for the future which will provide continued excellent service and products to all clients. Toppesfield will continue to be led by Matthew Pryor and his senior management team and will be free to maintain their strategy of purchasing from all the major suppliers, of which FM Conway will now be a major part. Furthermore this partnership supports the growth strategies of both the businesses.
