Dan oversees our Transport and Logistics team, making sure that they are providing a high standard of service for our gangs on-site. To ensure that we are operating as effectively as possible, he is responsible for making sure that we are acting proactively rather than reactively.
His role balances time in the office with visits to our drivers and gangs, ensuring that all our transportation plans are running smoothly and receiving feedback from everyone involved. Dan joined the Toppesfield team in 2015, changing his career path after an initial stint in the construction industry. He was drawn to the role by the ability to learn on the job every day and has found it rewarding to have such varied responsibilities.
As an excellent communicator, Dan is perfectly suited to maintaining the relationships throughout our team. Outside of work, he unwinds by spending time with his family, watching football, and keeping active.
