Mark Gillett Contracts Manager

Mark is a Contracts Manager in Toppesfield’s Midlands and North region, where he oversees the total running of surfacing projects to ensure clients’ expectations are met. His role involves managing every aspect of a project, working closely with the commercial and operational delivery teams to focus on the 360-degree scope of works. Mark ensures that all necessary resources are allocated effectively by collaborating with the supply chain and site teams.

Mark joined the ToppTeam in 2016, transitioning from a career in IT. The diversity of the surfacing industry and the blend of office work with site visits were significant motivators for him, leading to his success in the role. His personable approach and excellent communication skills have allowed him to form strong relationships with everyone involved in the projects.
