Nigel Green Contracts Director (Highways)

Nigel is responsible for managing our multi-disciplinary highways teams. He works closely with his teams and supply chain partners to promote the use of innovative materials and construction techniques within our projects. This delivers cost and time benefits for our customers. Nigel has successfully delivered highways contracts ranging in value between £10,000 and £20,000,000 through multi-million-pound national frameworks and standalone schemes.

Nigel allocates the appropriate operational resource to bid for major public sector prospects and formulates compelling plans to win contracts by meeting our customers’ needs. He organises efficient labour and plant requirements for each project and works collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in accordance with our vision and values. He prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people at all levels.
