Pam manages our weekly and monthly payroll, as well as handling any other payroll-related tasks such as managing holidays and making payments to HMRC. Her attention to detail is crucial in her role, making sure that everything is accounted for and nothing is overlooked.
Pam has been part of our ToppTeam since 2005, the very earliest stages of our journey. In fact, Pam and Matthew used to share a desk – she would use it while Matthew was out on site! For Pam it’s the people and close-knit relationships within our team that have made Toppesfield such a great place to work. She loves her role, the people she works alongside, and the fact that no two days are ever the same.
In her own time, you may find Pam running or spending time with her family and friends eating in local restaurants.
