Ryan Strike Contracts Manager

Ryan is now a Contracts Manager managing surfacing projects in the East of England. He is responsible for overseeing the total running of projects to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded. His role involves managing every aspect of a project, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to deliver the 360-degree scope of works effectively and efficiently. Ryan ensures that all necessary resources—including materials, plant, and labor—are allocated properly by coordinating with the supply chain and site teams.

Ryan has been in the industry since he was sixteen and had already gained a wide range of hands-on experience before he joined the ToppTeam in 2019 as a highly skilled foreman. Toppesfield quickly recognised Ryan’s potential and invested time and resources into progressing him into a supervisor role. Within nine months, he received first aid and mental health training and acquired his SSSTS and PTS accreditations, which laid the foundation for his current leadership role.

He is committed to fostering a positive working environment, ensuring his teams feel supported, and maintaining high morale throughout his projects. Ryan takes pride in delivering surfacing projects successfully and finds it rewarding to be part of a company where collaboration and support are central to its ethos.

In his own time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and keeping active at the gym.
