Victoria Rudd Transport Planner

Victoria is responsible for the nationwide logistical movement of our plant and machinery. Working closely with the coordination team, she reviews our programme and plans all the necessary transport moves, adapting to changing circumstances on site where required.

Having always wanted to work in a practical industry such as construction, Victoria joined our team in 2019 after researching Toppesfield and relating to our values. She is passionate about encouraging other women to join our industry and apply their skills within a different environment.

Victoria loves the variety of her role, finding that it provides a challenge when no two days are ever the same! Her communication and organisational skills are key, allowing her form effective partnerships with colleagues and suppliers. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active and spending time outside, as well as honing her practical skills by working on her car and motorbike.
